The official Super foods List is here, look no further for the healthiest foods on the planet!
So what's with all this Super food talk? Heres the lowdown on our "Super foods list".
The Oxford English Dictionary referes to "Super food" as "a food considered especially nutritious or otherwise beneficial to health and well-being," dating from 1915.
Each so called Super food is going to have it's own nutritional benefits.
They are all natural and are an excellent addition to your everyday diet.
You should try to include as many Super foods from our list in your daily diet as possible.

Super foods List
Eggs- Loaded with protein, that will help reduce your appetite.

Apples- a great snack, high in fiber, and vitamin C. Should be a staple of your daily meal plans.

Blueberries- A cup contains about 80 calories, and will help you feel full with 4 grams of fiber. Research has shown they are very helpful in fighting the effects of aging.
Walnuts- Good source of copper and Manganese. Also low in sodium.
Acai- A fruit that is packed full of amino acids, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. You can find this in health and food gourmet stores. Helps prevent premature aging, as it contains 10 times more antioxidants then red grapes.
oats- Very rich in fiber, so helps you feel full. A half cup has 4.6 grams of resistance starch. This boots your metabolism and aids in burning fat.
Avocados- Packed with fiber and protein. The monounsaturated fats can actually help reduce your appetite. 
Salmon- Great source of protein, and leaner then red meats.
Black Beans- No saturated fat, and contains 15 grams of protein.
Nutritional Yeast (available at health food stores)- Contains all 9 essential amino acids, which are a building block for protein.
Hemp Seeds- unprocessed, whole grain seeds that can be absorbed directly by the body. Contain healthy omega-3 fatty acids, large amount of protein, calcium and antioxidants. These are tasteless and can be added to anything without changing the taste.

Coconut oil- The fatty acids contained in this are utilized directly by your liver and they are immediately converted into an energy source.
Chocolate- Dark Chocolate will help slow down your digestion, making you feel full longer. Full of MUFAs, which are healthy fats that help in burning calories and fat.
Coffee- Low in saturated fat, cholesterol and Sodium. Good source of Riboflavin, and Pantothenic Acid.
Wine- Contains the antioxidant Resveratrol, found in grape skin, stops fat storage. Moderate wine drinkers have on average less belly fat then individuals who drink liquor.
Ginger- This herb has been used by centuries for medicinal purposes. This can be used for digestive issues, coughs, fatigue and inflammations just to name a few.
Almonds- Rich in healthy fats that can help you slim down.
Kale- A good source of fiber, protein, riboflavin, iron, calcium and potassium.
Quinoa- This whole grain contains a good amount of protein to help fight off hunger.
PLAIN Greek yogurt- High in calcium, no saturated fat. Good source of dietary fiber. Could be high in sugar content, check your labels before buying.
Brown rice- Better for you then the white rice alternative. Contains resistant starch will helps burn fat and increase your metabolism.
Jicama- Also known better as the yam bean. High in fiber, Vitamin C andalso a good source of fiber.
Barley- Adds a good deal of fiber and nearly 2 grams of resistant starch in each half-cup serving.
Whey protein concentrate- A protein powder with up to 70-85% protein, but could be up to 5% lactose. If you have lactose issues this might not be for you.
Cinnamon- Very heavy in calcium, about 28mg in one teaspoon. Almost one mg or iron, and loaded with vitamin C and K and manganese.
Artichokes- A typical large artichoke contains no fat, 25 calories and 170 milligrams of potassium. Also a good source of Vitamin C, folate and magnesium.
Leeks- Contains a good source of Vitamin B6, iron and Magnesium. In addition a great source for Vitamins A, C and K. It is an allium - like garlic and onion.
Kiwi- Typical serving of this fruit will contain about 16 grams of sugar. It is a good source of Vitamin E, Potassium and Cooper. Also high in Vitamins C and K.
Oysters- High in Sodium and very high in Cholesterol. Great source of protein, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron, Zinc and Copper.
Green Tea- The antioxidants in green tea will increase your fat and calorie burn. It hydrates like water, and will which help fill you up.
Sweet potatoes- Low in sodium, and very low in saturated fat. Good source of daily fiber, Vitamin B6 and potassium.
Flax seeds- Loaded with nutrients, fiber, antioxidants and Omega 3 fatty acids. Very low in carbohydrates. This is something that should always be included in your nutritional plan.
Spinach- Contains a huge amount of vitamins and minerals. You cannot be the combination contained in this vegetable. Surveys have proved out that people who have less health issues have included this as a staple in their daily diet.
